1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, logging in, purchasing a plan, or using HB QuantFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or purchase a subscription.
- HB QuantFlow may also be referred to as QuantFlow, the platform, the dashboard, or the service.
- These terms apply to public pages, authenticated dashboards, subscription billing, support channels, and admin-managed account access.
- Additional written agreements, merchant rules, payment gateway rules, or legally required notices may apply when production payment is enabled.
2. What QuantFlow provides
QuantFlow is a financial intelligence dashboard built for market research workflows. The platform may include macro context, economic calendar review, COT positioning, yield and bond information, capital-flow evidence, narrative monitoring, subscription access controls, and related educational materials.
- QuantFlow is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, payment institution, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or signal-selling service.
- The platform is designed to help users organize research and evidence. It does not make decisions for the user.
- Features may change over time as data providers, infrastructure, pricing, security controls, and product modules mature.
3. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
All market content inside QuantFlow is provided for education, research, and workflow support only. Nothing on the platform should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow, lend, hedge, invest, or trade any financial instrument.
- Users are responsible for their own market decisions, position sizing, leverage, broker choice, risk controls, tax reporting, and legal compliance.
- Past data, macro interpretation, positioning analysis, news context, or dashboard scoring cannot guarantee future results.
- Trading and investing can cause financial loss. Users should not rely on QuantFlow as the sole basis for any decision involving money.
4. Accounts, login security, and user responsibility
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Account access is personal to the registered user unless HB QuantFlow gives written permission for a team or business arrangement.
- Do not share passwords, session cookies, admin URLs, reset links, or private dashboard access with unauthorized people.
- Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access, password exposure, billing abuse, or suspicious account activity.
- HB QuantFlow may revoke sessions, reset access, suspend accounts, or require additional verification when security risk is detected.
5. Subscription access and payment activation
Paid access is granted only after the subscription system records a valid payment or an authorized admin action. For VNPay payments, automated access requires a verified server-to-server IPN callback, valid signature verification, successful response/status codes, amount and order checks, and idempotency protection.
- A browser return URL is informational. It may show that the payment gateway redirected the user back, but it does not grant paid access by itself.
- Failed, cancelled, expired, duplicate, suspicious, or unverifiable payment events do not activate a plan automatically.
- Manual admin grants, extensions, downgrades, cancellations, and access changes should be recorded in the audit system.
6. Acceptable use rules
Users may use QuantFlow for personal research, education, and internal market analysis. Users may not abuse the platform or attempt to bypass security, billing, access, or infrastructure controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, overload, attack, probe, or disrupt the service.
- Do not resell, redistribute, copy, frame, mirror, or publish protected dashboards, private reports, system logic, or paid materials without permission.
- Do not use the service to upload malware, perform fraud, impersonate others, violate payment rules, or interfere with another user account.
7. Intellectual property and content ownership
The QuantFlow brand, dashboard layout, platform logic, educational materials, written explanations, UI elements, code, visual design, and proprietary workflows belong to HB QuantFlow or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
- Users may not claim ownership over QuantFlow content or remove branding from protected materials.
- Third-party data, logos, payment services, market data, and provider names remain the property of their respective owners.
- Limited personal use does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user.
8. Service availability and data limitations
QuantFlow aims to provide a reliable financial intelligence workflow, but no web platform can guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect data delivery, or error-free operation. Data providers, APIs, browsers, hosting providers, payment gateways, and network conditions may affect availability.
- Market data may be delayed, cached, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or affected by third-party provider limits.
- Maintenance, security updates, VPS incidents, provider outages, or payment gateway downtime may temporarily affect the service.
- Users should independently verify critical data before relying on it in any financial context.
9. Suspension, cancellation, and termination
HB QuantFlow may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these terms, creates security or payment risk, abuses support, attempts unauthorized admin access, or uses the service in a harmful way.
- Users may stop using the service at any time.
- Subscription cancellation, refund review, and billing disputes are handled under the Refund Policy and Billing Policy.
- Certain audit records may be retained after access ends for payment traceability, fraud prevention, support history, and security investigation.

For account, access, billing, privacy, refund, or platform questions, contact support@hbquantflow.com. Do not send card numbers, full bank account details, VNPay hash secrets, passwords, or sensitive identity documents through public chat.
- Include your account email, plan, payment time, transaction reference, and a clear explanation when asking about billing.
